Ili stayed in new delhiI for * days **th to **th dec. **** at hotel nilachal house in south ex * booked through oyo. though promised at the time of booking as complimentary, no breakfast was provided. linens were dirty. room had foul smell. for half a day there was no water in washroom.
inspite of my repeated requests, oyo did not provide me proper receipt having number and date. they even blocked my mobile number and sent me an email that my mobile number could not be reached by them which is totally false.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
