I was purchased vu tv online from flipkart price of ₹***** and this tv comes with one year under domestic warranty. my tv is not turning on and its need to repair. I register my complaint at vu customer care more than ** days ago and they give me this call number - VU****** and said that engineer will visit your place under * days but ** days have passed not yet arrived. during this period i regularly called them and always they say tomorrow will be arriving. now they are not response on my call they provide me a engineer's contact number but also he is not responding.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
