Motorola (mobile Company) - under warranty product and asking money by motorola india

My Motorola Edge ** received update of *g. i updated it then phone didn't boot. i contacted motorola support. they told me to use motorola rescue tool. i used that. but device didn't boot and booted in fastboot. then they told me to visit service center. i visited hazratganj lucknow service center then they told me we can't fix go back. after a bit of argue i didn't have choice i returned. then they called me that there will be charge pf rs ***** to fix this. my phone is under warranty and totally like a new phone.
