I have got my Moto M battery replaced by Good Luck Communication, Office No-**, *rd Floor, Satkar Building **-**, Nehru Place New Delhi-******, delhi - Delhi, ***********,**********, **:**-**:** Mon-Sat.
They have charged me rs **** and provided rs ** as discount. The product no is not mentioned on Invoice I have received and battery is duplicate or copy of original battery.
I have cross checked with Moto Customer Care and they said the battery price is approx **** and service charge of *** and govt tax total cost is **** approx. which is wrong as per my calculation as I am not sure how much govt tax they are putting for **** of service charge with product cost.

When we say, replacement of battery, In usual it will be out of warranty of the handset, but replacement also includes new battery and with the other mobile brands, they do provide * months warranty on battery.
Also when we replace the battery for other product like tab, notebook or laptop, lenovo itself providing * months warranty.
I think I need to get in touch with consumer assistance provided by government of India to check why you are exception on this.
And in regards to the battery price, when you say, the service center price is final, so it mean that what ever they want they can charge a customer for the service or spare, which Ilis again exceptional case with you only, where as other companies has a service cost and spare parts price list available at service center or on their portal.
I have clear doubt on your service center as they are providing un authorised parts with your convent as they haven't mentioned product serial number on Invoice.
This kind of reply and service shows that you and your service center has an unbridled authority to rip the customer once he/she haa purchased your product.

Motorola do not provide the warranty for the replaced out of warranty parts or accessories. However, you can check with the service centre they will check and help you accordingly.
- Regarding the repair cost :
Since, we are technical support team we do not have parts or accessories price details and the price quoted by service team is final and binding.
In this case we suggest you to contact the service centre manager for further assistance.
