I ordered a handset of Moto C Plus (Starry Black, ** GB) from Flipkart. The handset was delivered in *days.
The strange part is the I am able to hear if I use only headphone in this handset or if I set the handset as loud.
I visited nearest service center and they have informed that the handset was already used by some customer and returned to flipkart. This defective set was delivered to me. This is not expected at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
