Haier india - Under warranty period service not given

I had bought a Haier refrigerator from Reliance Retail on **-Sep-****. Now just in * months, there is a performance issue. I booked the service appointment on **th May through the website of Haier. When the technician came to my place, asked for the Invoice. He informed me that since I have bought the appliance from Reliance retail, I need to contact them for the service. Subsequently, I registered the complaint with Reliance retail on the same day i.e. **th May via call on ***-********. There was no service request number given to me and there was no message too for the acknowledgement of the request. Then next day, I sent them an email. They gave me Ticket No:************* and the commitment of resolving the issue in ** hours. Since then, nobody has contacted me from their side. Today, even after * days, Reliance people are not responding to my request. If I am trying to contact Haier people, they are saying that they would charge me service amount even under the warranty period. why??? I am being harassed jointly by Haier and Reliance retail. Please take necessary action.
