There was an issue with Pincode that is corrected by you in the records and also communicated to the respective teams. DTDC team told me that, rerouted and shipping to Bangalore. I am surprised what a great service you people are providing despite calling so many times to deliver to Bangalore.
This is rediculus that it is taking more than ** days to deliver the parcel. I wanted the parcel by ** Feb, and todate it is not delivered. It was booked on ** Feb in Jaipur and reached Hyderabad on ** Feb. Corrected the pincode on ** Feb. Everytime, I call the team they say that it is already put in the Bangalore shipment. I just saw that the shipment is at Banjarhillls still. I don't understand, why the parcel is shuttling between Banjarahills and Shamshabad from ** Feb to till date. When you know that , this parcel belongs to Bangalore, what is great fun in malikg that parcel shuttling between thes two places. Finally, parcel never delivered.
