DTDC - Delayed Delivery and Spoiled Prasad

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against DTDC for their unacceptable service and the resulting damage to my parcel. Below are the details of the incident:

Time of Actual Delivery: ** days—On November **, ****, it was delivered.

It was seven days late, even though there were explicit instructions regarding the perishable nature of the package.Even though I gave accurate information, I kept getting the messages "software issues" and "incorrect pin codes."Three times, customer service guaranteed delivery, but it never materialized.

The prasad, which included laddoos made with milk and ghee, spoiled and developed mold as a result.

At this point, the prasad is moldy, spoiled, and foul-smelling.This has been extremely upsetting and inconvenient.
