DTDC - My Courier was not delivered

shipment c******** ; I had sent a courier on *Nov **** from Tirunelveli KTC Nagar office to Bangalore but still the courier has not reached Banglore.The Banglore office has reverted saying that address is correct but pin code is incorrect. (Attached image)

but if I google Hoskote the poincode is correct..

It is a amazon.com parcel that I am returning as Amazon did not pick up and asked me to return. (I have attached a amazon customer service chat which confirms the correct address and pincode)..

The number at tht eBanglore office is not picking up neither my call nor the DTDC KTC nagar call.

Please can you expedite this laziness from the Baglore office ..

I have attached the DTDC courier receipt with tracking number in this email and all relevant chats.
