They have a system called "Partial-COD" where you pay Rs.***/- and they will send a Coupon for that amount.

However upon paying the said amount I have not received any coupon and their Customer Support is not responding as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
