We had booked a hotel room in Capital O ***** Baga Habbana Joy stays, a couple cottage. The price given in agoda site was Rs. **** for one day. We payed the amount in online itself. But when we reached the hotel, the said that there was no such booking happened and they didn't get any such mail from agoda regarding oru booking. They even rejected the booking saying that the amount given in the agoda site is too low so that they cannot give us room for that price and told us to contact the customer care of agoda. When we contacted they are claiming that the booking is confirmed. But we just lost oru money and didn't get room also.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
