PayTM - Unauthorized transactions

my paytm account was hacked and used for unauthorized transaction and also used to transfer money from my credit card and debit card which I have used in Paytm, i have not saved ccv number nor asked by anybody to share, even I did not get any message from paytm regarding otp or money transfer message. When i complained to them they said our cyber crime team will contact, but did not get any call just they asked me send details of unauthorized transaction and credit card and debit card statement,after that no reply from them. i have attached paytm statement for your reference all transactions highlighted in yellow are unauthorized.
