I am submitting details of "UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION" from my accounts as detailed below. with attacntment of DAINIK BHASHKAR news today.I am not at all satisfied SBI response

I came to know about unauthorized transactions of money *lakh+ only by visiting my BRANCH SBI PERSONAL BRANCH PHOOLBAGH and MOTIMAHAL GWALIOR.
I did not get any messages from Bank about these transactions.
My saving bank Ac.-********** SBI PERSONAL BRANCH PHOOLBAGH GWALIOR-*

Dates of Transactions(Via Debit Cards)- **/**/**** and **/**/****
I submitted all documents on *th Feb.at SBI Personal Branch and SBI Motimahal Gwalior.
I submitted all the documents to cybercell SP office Gwalior on *th Feb.****.
FIR was done after our (me & My Wife DR.ANURADHA SHARMA) recording our statements.
Since then inspite of many Emails I did not get any reply till today.
I am attaching documents about real transactions,as printed in my passbooks.
I need your reply about "POS ATM PURCHASE"
SBI NEVER SENDS OTPs for such Purchase where I need to be person purchasing present physically.
SBI wash it,s hand by these response.
Please reply soon.
