Avinash Patel presently an account holder at state Bank of India wef ****. My account no is *********** in Maksinagar Branch iafc code SBIN*******. My registered mobile no is **********.I am residing at village Kanasiya PIn ******.
*. On ** August **** while checking of bank statement it has been found that an transaction was made in my account through " by debit card othpg ****** Paytm web Noida for an amount of Rs ****, ****, **** three times and total deducted of Rs *****.** without my knowledge or permission.
*. The above transaction is not made by me nor my knowledge.Also no otp or transaction details has been received in my registered mobile number.
*. I immediately registered an complaint to sbi customer care on ** Aug **** vide ticket No **********,********** & **********. I also registered written complaint to My home branch sbi maksinagr.
*. After lapses of one month and above times my deducted amount is not credited in my account or any sauttesfactory reply has been received.
*.Sir I also stated that I never share my account or atm details with any one or nor share any otp anyone. Also I fulfill my account security as per procedure.
*. I also submit an complaint to National consumer Helpline vide complaint no ****** on ** Sep **. As per advice I written an complaint to Distract consumer forum for early settlement.
