My HDFC Credit card was used for * transactions on **/**/**** at Amazon.in for purchasing * Amazon pay Gift cards amounting a total of **,***/- (**,*** each). I reached customer care of HDFC as well as of Amazon.in on the same day and even raised a complaint in Cybercrime PS, Gachibowli. For the same reason I reached Amazon.in and they are accepting that the transactions are not done by me and they had cancelled the orders. But till now I didn't get any refund from Amazon.in as those orders were cancelled.
They did not even find out the details of the fraud who has accessed my account and who has used those Gift cards. I want the fraud details who have used gift cards for sure.
The Amazon is saying that bank will issue the refund but Bank is saying that Amazon has to refund the amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
