Shubham Chaturvedi filed complaint against Paytm on Sep 28, 2018
From any different number someone ( I don't know him)order something from Zomato and the payment of this order is done by my Paytm wallet (I don't know how) without any prior information and I don't get any OTP as well.

So I need back my money *** rupees and also requesting to Paytm team that kindly create a system which provide an OTP to the customer for such type of transaction. And please create a simple process to contact your customer care executive because to contact your customer care executive a very long process to follow and after that I wait for approx ** min. For just waiting to my turn and finally I cut the call because of no response.
