State Bank of India - Unauthorised withdrawal from bank account

Respected sir,
I have lodged a complaint on **th may **** regarding unauthorised withdrawal from my account from **th may to **th may.My account was not seeded with my mobile no. after so many application it shows ignorance of sbi employees to mobile seeding which is mandatory for a salary account.If It was seeded I got to know on very first withdrwal and I have not to bear such a huge loss.Now Sbi replied that you have shared OTP so We can't do anything about it There are around ** transactions and there is no phone call regarding OTP I didn't share OTP to anyone.Police refused to register FIR now I don't know what to do.Please help me to take further necessary action to refund my hard earned money.I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem.
