Nandini Batra filed complaint against Apple on Apr 1, 2020
I downloaded an app called iTranslator through App Store and logged in with my Apple ID. This was last year when I was on a trip abroad and I deleted the app in * days as I didn't find it useful. However today I was charged Rs**** on my card added in my Apple ID for the annual subscription of this app I had uninstalled two days after installing it and nor was I notified before getting charged. I have tried to reach Apple support but the helpline number is invalid and they haven't replied to my email yet or taken an action for my request for a refund.
