TATASKY DTH - Unauthorised package addition in DTH

Tatasky/Tata play has added * packages without my permission. Money deducted from my account balance. when asked they said dealer has added but they are not sharing name of dealer. I do not deal with any dealer since last * years. They are trying to avoid and not refunding the unauthorised deduction.
