Chadalawada Nagendra bab filed complaint against TATASKY DTH on May 27, 2021
I raised a complaint with Tata Sky Customer Care that the Set Top box was restarting intermittently and it is annoying while watching the TV. They sent a technician and he said that the set top box needs to be replaced. He replaced the set top box with the new one without my permission, I am using tatasky since * years. In * years of span i have been charged * times for setup box replacement due to box issues. So i decided to change to other best service provider. Same thing we conveyed to service technician but still he changed setup box and while going he said if you would like to change service you can give this to your relatives also. We asked him any charges for this new box he didnt replied for that and left. Next day while watching my TV disconnected due to insufficient amount, i thought it was service charges and i recharged rs.*** amount. After that also i am unable to watch. So i contacted customer care for help. Then they said about the extra charges about rs.***. I am shocked and complained about technician and asked for refund. The next day Tata Sky charge my *** rupees for resolving the issue which was not resolved. They charged *** for set top box and **o as service charges. So want you to take up this complaint and resolve.
