TATASKY DTH - Overcharging

I was using Rs. *** pack plan of tata sky binge service & Rs *** for regular channels for which I have recharged an amount of Rs *** on **th October **** and the next recharge of regular channels should have been on **th of November but without my consent they have changed my plan of binge from *** to *** and have deducted the amount from my account and have asked me to recharge on **th November and have deactivated my account due to which I can't watch any programs on tv. And after complaint to them they are least bothered and are not accepting their mistakes and denied to activate my account. So request to all other customers of tatasky dth to be aware as they don't have any value for their customers. So kindly avoid tatasky dth services.
