I made a complaint about poor picture quality on *th October ****. Technician came and made some parts replacement without my knowledge/consent. The quality did not improve & signal strength remained same. When I ask him about the same and requested him that I want to talk to technical person, he left saying I have to go for another call. He even downloaded Tatasky app without my permission & I was charged for that too. Then I made complaint but till date no action has been taken by Tatasky except making phone calls to me & asking all kinds of question. No body has visited my home to resolve the complaint. The worst part is Tatasky closes the complaint after *-* days without doing anything. I am a senior citizen and facing this agony for more than a month now… I can give all the details of my complaints…
