Nishu filed complaint against Paytm on Sep 23, 2019
On **rd September ****, following two unauthorized transactions happened:
i. For Rs.*****/- at **:**:** AM and
ii. For Rs.*****/- at **:**:** AM
Immediately, the customer care of Paytm was tried but was unable to get through and ultimately it took around * hours to register the complaint. The complaint number has also been provided by Paytm. But refund has not happened yet.
In the mean time mail with all details was sent to cybercell@paytm.com at *.** PM. They responded within one minute and provided ticket number.
The local police station was also approached and they refused to register the complaint stating it is of no worth and it happens every day. Instead they questioned,Why are your using Paytm? and do thing online.
This fraud happened in HDFC credit card. The home branch of HDFC bank was also visited twice but no guidance / support or direction to resolve provided or suggested. In fact they were not ready to listen and provide complaint number.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
