I had ordered a product (* quantities) but received only in the package. The product has a * day return policy. However, there's no option to return or replace the product from within the Flipkart app.
Tried speaking to several customer care executives who very were understanding but not helpful at all as they were not seeing the return option on their systems. They always tried to connect me to their senior/supervisor who has the authority to solve this issue but every time my call was to be transferred, it automatically gets disconnected and this happened at least * times.
There's no other option for me to help get this resolved and I've lost my money and time on this. I hope someone looks at this matter and provides with a resolution.
