I placed an order from Zivame app for "Rosaline everyday double layered" on **th March **** and it was delivered to me on **th March ****, I wanted to return the product as it doesn't fit me correctly and it is under the return policy compliant as well. But when I try to return the item it displays message "Retrun request can't be accepted before product is delivered".
Can someone please look into this as product is still under return policy compliant.
