i had ordered a blazer from paytm on **th may ****. As it was not getting fit properly i requested for return of the same item. But paytm rejected the request with no reason. Then i tried reaching paytm via email explaining the problem, but they replied saying "account has been flagged for abusing return policy". but after this email also i purchased some items from paytm and returned another product without any issue. Is it like account flagged only for one specific product which costs around *k rupees?
Please help me returning this product and refund my hard earned money.
