I have been unable to log into my Jio Mart account for almost one month due to two errors which appear alternatively “invalid login” and “invalid OTP”. I have raised several complaints regarding the same bearing complaint IDs as follows- ************

Apart from this I have called several times in the past one month. However, they do not resolve my issue. They say that they cannot help me regarding this because this is a technical issue and they do not let me get in touch with their technical team.
I started facing this issue of being unable to login after I received refunds in my JioMart Wallet.
I have run from pole to post during the past one month. However, they have refused to help now. They never reply to e-mails despite claiming that they will respond within ** hours.
I am attaching the latest screenshot I had of my JioMart wallet page. However, more money was added later.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
