Bharat Gas - Unable to login in Bharat gas portal for the last 4 years

I am unable to register on both bharat gas MOBILE APP and WEBSITE from last *.* years. Whenever I try to register, I am getting error/ Consumer not eligible, Kindly contact Distributor. AND Consumer data not found/mobile number is not registered with us. HOWEVER I can book the refill via IVRS with the same number and I have raised multiple COMPLAINTS (*******,*******,*******,*******,******* etc.) for the same on the bharat gas complaints but in response I was asked to wait and no proper resolution provided and they are closing my complaint.
I am tried uninstall the app and reinstall it number of times but getting the same issue and I have contacted distributor but they said to connect consumer care. Please help me to login.
