I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Bharat Gas regarding my recent complaint, registered on **/**/****, with the complaint number ********.
The purpose of my complaint is to bring to your attention the alarming condition of the LPG cylinder delivered to me. The cylinder is in a severely damaged state, being fully rusted, and I am deeply worried about the potential risk of a blast. Despite raising a complaint on **/**/****, I regret to inform you that no actions have been taken to address this critical issue.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, but the safety of customers should be the top priority. Given the nature of the issue, I expected an immediate response and prompt resolution to ensure the safety of my household and those around me.
