Sir, I have booked cylinder to IVRS mode on June **,****.My consumer ID :***** and my gas agency is located at Karaikal ( Sathya Gas agency)..On my previous booking I had not paid delivery charge to delivery man as per the statement comes on public news and karaikal collectrate order.Now they are voluntarily delaying the delivery of cylinder this time.Kindly look in to the issue.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
