I have booked round trip ticket with make my trip for two people from Abudhabi to Kochi. We would like to cancel the tickets now(* weeks early) .
But there is no possibleway to cancel the ticket, when we try in app it says an error occurred unable to process. If we requestassistancethey say issue resolvedbut still the same issue. Tried emailing, automatic reply to submit request throughapp appears.
I have no idea how to cancel our tickets and to claim for a refund
