Oda Online Class - Unable to cancel subscription due to misleading promises Getting no customer support

This complaint is with regards to the mail communication dated *thJan **** at the time of enrollment.
"Please do note that these are the minimal responsibilities of our Mentor Teachers and the rest of the services are based on the individual requirement of our students. As an ethical educational community, we take the overall well being of our students with utmost seriousness without any exceptions."

At the time of enrollment, I asked for the Hindi subject classes, as that was one of the most required subjects to be considered for my kid, and it was promised to arrange it, and as mentioned services are based on the individual requirements of the student.
Also the ethical education community is expected to at least revert back in the committed time.
I requested a refund within ** days by **nd Jan****, where I tried to retain my commitment to arrange for the Hindi Teacher.
Till date it's been * months now, and no arrangement is done.
Also as per the need I asked for * papers to be designed for English and Math, that was also missed for personal reasons.
English was to be started as per the plan by Feb start, but till date only Math and Science sessions are conducted.
Also, I have shared the final exam time table, at the time of enrollment, I was promised to take care of preparations for the exam, and not revert back to the plan for any kind of revision.

This is not expected from a professional team like ODA.
Please help arrange a call back, I am trying to reach the mentor teacher and the Manager , and no reply.
