Oda Online Class - Oda Online Class Not Ready to Refunded

I want to inform you that my cash back not received as per commitment, at the time of selling the course, project by oda classes and when I made full payment and I called them after one class and asked them there is no one to help my kid, I am not sure it real class or recorded session because when I asked them to show, how many students are there in the current session, he was not responding me, only firing questions on me. overall, no proper response with detail was given by the ODA executive.
When I call for my cash back, the executive behavior was trying me making me fool and multiple time misleading the top of commutation and irritated me.
When My wife talking to him, he used abusive word and started to become personally. We asked him do you have any Senior person contact number he responded ruddily again and said talk to company, now it is my personal number.
Anyhow tried to get more details of my cashback he said it has been initiated. But was not ready share any proof. Even I didn't get any notification it has been initiated. He told me do whatever you can do. I will not give you.
