Oda Online Class - refund

I enrolled my child for oda online class in the month of july and made a payment of Rs **** on *th july ****. Before enrollment they made lots of promises like * mentor teachers during classes, separate doubt clear sessions, olympaid and neet preparation classes etc. but after attending * month class things become clear that what was promised it totally false.they made only fake and big promises. After that I called them and discuss the matter with oda staff and Mr Sai but no solution..later i asked for refund and wrote to mails dated **th sep and **th sep **** but got no response and later they even not bother to pick up the call.
