Oda Online Class - refund not credit

My son had taken a full year package of ODA online classes, but the class timings did not suit him, so I requested for a refund on the mail id(Support@pigeonedu.com). According to the ODA class schedule, the time to get a refund was * days. I sent the mail on the *th day and got their reply that your refund will be processed ** days after the start of the classes, which got completed on *th August ****. I sent the mail again after the completion of ** days, but till today after ** days, there is no reply. I request that please return my money.
