Yatra Com - Unable to Cancel Flight on Yatra com

I booked a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore for *th December on Yatra.com. However, since my onward flight to Kolkata got cancelled by Indigo (we all know why), the return itinerary became redundant. I tried cancelling the flight and realized that Yatra, without my consent, had done a group booking with my individual details. I tried contacting AIX (airline), but they refused to help stating that it's a group booking and I should contact the travel agent. I tried to get in touch with Yatra's customer support but could not reach them because my phone # was not discoverable using my pnr (D**J*J), since it was a group booking.
I then wrote to Yatra's customer care email ID seeking help but they did not respond. I've dropped a couple of follow up, yet they did not respond yet.
My ticket was not fully refundable, so I was at least expecting a partial refund. The ticket pdf also mentions a refundable amount if cancelled more than ** hours prior to the journey (which I tried doing). However, due to their ignorance, I could not cancel the flight before the journey date.
Seeking your help to get some compensation from Yatra, as this clearly indicates malpractice on their part.
