Rudrarup filed complaint against PayTM on Apr 22, 2019
I have completed my KYC and then I tried logging in to my account. But each time I enter OTP paytm show an error message something wrong and did not allow to login. I tried to call customer care but when I enter OTP to talk to the executive they force to disconnect the call and do not redirect to customer service. Its been * days I have no access to my account and they are not helping in any way.
Please ensure my account safety and prevent misuse and I want to regain access to my account and get back the money.
