I have submitted KYC details and I cant access my wallet yet . my money stucked in the paytm wallet. I have contacted the customer service and they didn't take any action yet. I have issuing the problem * weeks ago and they said within **hrs they will clear this but they done nothing. because of this I have faced mentally struggle . when I gave a treat to my friends from hotel I cant pay the bill because of the money stucked in the paytm wallet and I shamed infront of my friends.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
