Amit Vyas filed complaint against Flipkart on May 11, 2022
I have purchased a mobile phone on **.**.**** in Flipkart's scheme called Smart Upgrade Plan and as per agreement I have to pay **% amount of the mobile at the time of purchase which I paid at that time and remaining **% amount before the date of **.**.**** which also I paid on time.
But Flipkart has locked my mobile phone on **.**.**** before the ** days of due date which is **.**.****.
I have lodged a complaint in Flipkart with Incident ID - IN********************
I tried contact Flipkart via call, mail, tweets and in National Consumer Forum also but no resolution provided by Flipkart till date.
Due to unprofessional service of Flipkart I can't access my phone which has a my sensitive personal data.
