VerifiedMyntra.com — w.r.t order no: *******-*******-*******; un-delivery of product
An order was placed on Myntra with three products. Two products are yet to be delivered. However, messages claiming "delivery done" have been sent to my number. Regardless of calling and complaining at Myntra, nothing has been done. Myntra issue ticket number:[protected]. The rate of the two products is following: Rs, ****.**/- and Rs, ***/-.
I have requested to Myntra for a correct delivery of the products or complete refund of the above-mentioned amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
