Udchalo - UdChalo booking PNR not showing while doing Air India web check in and showing your PNR was entirely

I had booked ticket on ** May ** to visakhapatnam from portblair journey dated ** Jun ** of AI *** udChalo showed booking confirmed and got mail from udChalo. I haven't got any mail from official Air India website. UdChalo booking PNR IS Y*W*K and E ticket no is *************.Then while iam doing webcheckin on ** Jun ** from air india website it shows your PNR is entirely cancelled then I tried so many times to reach udChalo contact but they didn't answer the call and also I tried to contact via udChalo wts app chat but there was no response from udChalo. So my request to udChalo to refund my amount as early as possible
