SHASHANK VASHISTHA filed complaint against Udchalo on May 26, 2020
Booked flight to travel on **th April from Delhi to Pune through travel agency called udchalo on Air Asia. Flight details ( PNR: N*R*SN). As lockdown extended so all flights were cancelled. Even after I took free cancellation and cancelled within the timeline though it doesn't matter as flight cancelled by carrier in this case. I contacted AirAsia and the airlines says I can only get refund through travel agency and the agency has no clue how to refund even after more than * month of cancellation. Nor I am able to get credit points or reschedule. I will take this to consumer court when this lockdown is over.
