Udchalo - Refund not processed

I booked a flight ticket through udChalo app in May to travel in June from Delhi to Bangalore, the flight unfortunately got cancelled due to Covid crisis,
I talked to Indigo airlines, they said they have already transferred the money to the credit shell of udChalo and it's upto udChalo now to handle the matter.
I tried contacting udChalo customer service, their calling no. are not active, they have a whatsapp number that is handled by some robot that only gives me the status of non refund of my money, I checked the credit shell of my udChalo account, it shows * Rs. There is no way I can reach out to udChalo customer service, I've been trying since last one month, such a large amount of my money is stuck, and both of them are not taking responsibility of it.
