Laxman NAidu filed complaint against Udaan app on May 19, 2021
I have order placed on *th May **** for TP-LINK Archer MR *** The product Delivered today(**.May.****) and unfortunately the product isn’t working, post calling uddan customer care the representative informed me to reach TP-Link service center and get it sorted which is senseless. In this case, I need a replacement of this router at earliest from your side or refund the amount paid.
Request you to look into this on priority basis and do the needful at earliest,The product bought is not working when I opened to use the product , I requested for return of product twice ,they rejected it.I have called several times to their call center regarding help in these lock down where I can go sir Ji.There is no such returning policy in any e-commerce website ,it clearly dugging the costumers ,any product bought by costumers have the right to replace or refund if the product is not working And they have not mentioned about returning policy is different for branded products and non branded products earlier but now they are claiming that the product delivered to us is branded product ,so go to any service center of that product and get it done by ourselves.I expect a needful help form your side as soon as possible.
