Vishnu filed complaint against Udaan app on Nov 7, 2020
App is not working properly, when you payonline it shows as transaction failed (money will be depited), Udaan delevery will ask to pay through cash, Amount will not get refund. Customer care service very poor, they will close the complaint without giving solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
