i have purchased ** kg groundnut seeds via online e commerce trading platform named UDAAN on **st Dec ****. but i have received very bad quality ground nut seeds. i have attached the picture of the ground nut seeds and invoice bill. I tried multiple times with udaan for replacement of refund but udaan team is rejecting my request by giving some reasons stating that user is not responsive or ordered the same product. i request your interference in this regard and get me the justice.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
