prince shah filed complaint against Uber Cabs on May 21, 2018
.. so Uber you charged me for the ride i did not even take last night.
As per the receipt it states that the ride began at *.** pm. The ride was on for ** minutes.
From *.** to *.** i kept calling the uber driver Balwinder on his phone. He told me he is coming to pick me.
He made some calls to me too till *.** pm
Uber has sent me * mails stating they wont adjust the amount.
I have the screen shots of the number and im sure when it comes to the call records, there's even evidence.
how come both the driver and me were calling each other between *.**pm to *.** pm if we were in the cab according to Uber?
have asked Uber to check with the driver too. But they said they wont adjust the amount.
P:S The amount is a mere Rs ** Bucks. But this is not fair right?
