I had *** uber credits(uber money) in my account. The credits have no expiration date and can be used anytime for rides.
Recently when i checked my account I was just left with *** credits. My half credits just vanished out of the blue.
Since weeks complaining to them via Facebook, Twitter and via help section. They are not responding at all. They are completely ignoring. I want my full credits back. They have cheated me by taking away half the money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
