I took a ride with uber last week and they have charged incorrectly, the fare they showed at the time of booking was just *** and they charged at the time of completion of trip was *** which was more then twice the amount shown and when i contacted uber support regarding this issue, they said that the location was modified, where i didn't modify the location infact the driver didn't complete the trip at the destination rather stoping it at another destination. And uber hasn't done this thing once, it happened earlier too where they have refunded my amount and now they are not even responding, pls help me in this. I just took the trip as attached, but they have charged me with another destination.
