Jagadeesh Gudla filed complaint against Uber Cabs on May 18, 2018
Today (**th May ****) I booked an Uber Pool for two seats. Ride assigned to the driver Sambashivudu. When ride confirmed by the driver, Uber app was showing * Mins wait time. But immediately after few seconds, the driver started the ride at a different location than actual location, and after few seconds he completed the ride. For this, I got a pop-up from Uber asking to give the review and also they charged **.** rupees (INR). Same I complained to Uber support in twitter, but they haven't verified yet. Also, I used "Help" option in Uber app and chosen option saying "I haven't take the ride". But no replay from Uber.
